Blackmagic updated their drivers (10.3.7) 1 day ago, adding support for the new Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K (1080p60 support + UHD up to 2160p30).
Still using the non-4K version of the Intensity Pro, It now appears that OBS doesn't like the new drivers, possibly. For example; PtBi 5.1851 is completely fine.
OBS doesn't crash or anything, it just doesn't display the source from the card.
EDIT: I've since discovered that even though other programs are fine, the audio is not. Looks like a real issue with the drivers.
EDIT2: It now appears the new drivers etc are working in OBS. I must have had a weird issue. I don't remember doing this before, but I had to go into the properties of the Intensity Pro in OBS & check the 'Custom Resolution' & change the framerate to suit. Then it worked.
